1. Overview

This website is operated by Brisa Digital S.L., trading as The Sun Collective. We organize and produce art events and creative programmes in Lanzarote. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Brisa Digital S.L.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our services or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional terms and policies referred to here.

3. What we provide

What we provide is the organization and production of art events and creative programmes. We design and run each event, we bring together the venue, the materials and the professional artists who lead the creative sessions, and we are the company you book with and that is responsible to you for the event.

Our retreats are multi-day residential art programmes. The artistic and creative content of each programme is delivered by professional artists we engage for that purpose. Because the programme runs over several days on location, it includes a place to stay and meals, so that you can attend and take part. The accommodation and meals are instrumental to attending the programme. We do not sell them on their own, they are not a holiday, and they are not a travel package.

Our Art Day Experiences are single-day art events, with no overnight stay.

We are an organizer and producer of art events. We are not a travel agency or a tour operator, and we do not sell holidays, travel or travel packages. What each event includes, along with its dates, is set out on the relevant page.

4. Bookings, payment and pricing

Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes (IGIC). Prices for future bookings may change without notice. A change in price never affects a booking already confirmed.

Bookings can be held with our standard deposit of 100€, with the balance due as indicated for each event. Full payment confirms your place.

We accept payment through Shopify's platform, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

42% Birthday Offer To celebrate 42 springs around the sun, we have released a limited number of discounted spots across our retreats and Art Day Experiences.

The offer is valid until 07/06/26, or until all discounted spots are booked, whichever comes first. Discounted bookings require full payment at the time of purchase and cannot be held with our standard 100€ deposit. These discounted places are non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. If a discounted spot is no longer available, events can still be booked under our standard conditions with a 100€ deposit. As always, flights and travel arrangements to and from Lanzarote are not included. If you have any questions, just reach out. We are happy to help.

5. Refund and cancellation

6. Event rules and conduct

By booking, you agree to follow the rules and safety guidance specific to each event, which we will communicate before and during your time with us. Where someone's conduct affects the safety or enjoyment of others, we may take action on a case-by-case basis, which can include asking a participant to leave without a refund.

7. Changes to our events

We may modify or, where necessary, cancel an event. If we cancel a confirmed booking, your rights to a refund or alternative are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and under applicable consumer law.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own travel to and from the event location, for valid travel documents, and for any insurance you wish to hold for your trip.

You agree to respect the places we work in, the local environment and community, and to follow the guidance of our artists and staff.

Before booking, please tell us about any medical condition, allergy, dietary need or limitation that could affect your participation, so we can plan safely.

9. Our responsibility

We organize and produce your event, and we are responsible for delivering it and the services described with reasonable care and skill.

Some activities, such as working outdoors or in natural settings, carry the ordinary risks that come with any outdoor or creative activity. By taking part you accept those ordinary risks and agree to follow the safety guidance we give.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and nothing affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
