2. Purpose of the website
The website presents and offers booking of The Sun Collective's art retreats, workshops and creative gatherings, inspired by Lanzarote's landscapes, light and slower rhythm of life. It offers two main lines, multi-day Art Retreats and shorter Art Day Experiences, along with related content and a way to get in touch.
Browsing the website is free. Bookings and purchases are governed by our Terms of Service and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Conditions of use
By accessing and using this website you accept this Legal Notice in full. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the website.
You agree to use the website and its contents lawfully, in good faith, and in line with public order. You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to introduce viruses or harmful code, and not to attempt to access, alter or damage the systems, data or content of the Company or of third parties.

For any dispute arising from the use of the website, the parties submit to the courts of the Company's registered office, unless the law provides otherwise.
