We are a travel agency and an active tourism company. Which one applies depends on what you book, and we always tell you on the product page.

We ask you to use it in good faith and within the law. No unlawful use, no viruses or harmful code, and no attempts to access, alter or damage our systems or anyone else's.

We may modify, suspend or withdraw the website or part of its content, and restrict access when we need to.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, illustrations, design, logos, The Sun Collective brand, the code and the way it's all put together belong to us, or to those who have licensed them to us.

You're welcome to view, download and print content for your own personal use. For any commercial use, write to us at admin@isbrisa.com and we'll talk it through.

If you believe anything here infringes your rights, write to us and we'll look into it.

Responsibility for the website

We take care to keep the information up to date, but we can't guarantee it's accurate and complete at all times, or that the website will always work without errors.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for damage arising from your use of the website, from it being unavailable, or from viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties outside our control.

This doesn't exclude anything the law doesn't allow us to exclude, including your rights as a consumer, and it doesn't affect our responsibility as a package travel organiser or as an active tourism company, which is set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Complaints

Write to us at admin@isbrisa.com. Almost everything gets sorted by talking.

If you'd rather go the formal route, we hold the official complaint forms of the Canary Islands (hojas de reclamaciones). Ask us and we'll send them to you electronically. If you'd prefer them on paper, write to us and we'll arrange a time to hand them to you at our address.

If you live in the European Union, you can find alternative dispute resolution bodies through the European Commission's consumer redress information. In Spain you can also go to the consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) for your area.

Governing law and courts

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, and the courts of our registered office have jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise. As a consumer, where applicable, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
