If something hasn't gone well

Tell us as soon as you can and we'll sort it out with you.

And if you'd rather go the official route, you can file a complaint with the Canary Islands Government, whether you booked a retreat or a day experience. You'll need a Spanish digital ID, so if you don't have one just write to us and we'll send you the paper complaint form.
