Marta de la Fuente

Marta de La Fuente was born in Mojados, a small Spanish town known to few. Before she could even walk, Marta was already drawing.

She spent her childhood surrounded by bulls, impressionist paintings, and endless games of chinchón, sitting at her grandmother's feet. Her mother introduced her to painting through her recreations of Sorolla and Egon Schiele. Her father, a former fine arts student and architect, tought her basic concepts of anatomy and, the self-taught and non-conformist spirit that has now led Marta to pause her successful career as a designer and focus on painting.

Based in Madrid, her career has unfolded into painting, illustration, and digital design at companies such as Cabify and Lingokids. In 2020, she held her first exhibition, laying the groundwork for her own style. And in February 2024, she presented her most renowned exhibition, "Anís y Chinchón."

Her collaborations have expanded to include well-known brands such as Levi's, Bumble, Netflix, Manolo Bakes, and the singer Sebastián Yatra. Can´t wait to enjoy the village life of this Atlantic island throug Marta´s perspective.
