Civil Liability Release

• Risk Acknowledgment: Activities during retreats or workshops, including artistic creation, nature excursions, and physical activities, are inherently risky. By participating, you recognize and accept these risks.
• Voluntary Participation: Your signature below signifies your choice to participate willingly in the experiences and your understanding of the associated risks.
• Liability Waiver: By signing this document, you release The Sun Collective, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any claims or damages that may arise from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm.

Media Consent

Capturing the essence of our retreats and workshops through photos and videos lets us share and celebrate our collective moments. These may be used in our promotional materials.

• Image Use Consent: You have the option to allow The Sun Collective to use your image for promotional purposes.
• Opt-out Option: If you prefer not to have your image used, you can opt out. Please indicate your preference below.
